With a nearly 10 year student-teacher relationship, Milton Suggs and Willie Pickens collaborate as two professionals to offer this piano-vocal rendition of 11 of Duke Ellington and Billy Strayhorn's beloved compositions. Willie Pickens, a legend and mainstay on the Chicago jazz scene, offers his 60+ years of musical expertise to help bring life to these compositions through his dynamic accompaniment as well as brilliant solos.
